  11. 1 piece root ginger very nearly 2cm long peeled
  12. 3 5/16 tablespoons peas Mangetout, or green beans
  13. 1/2 lime
  14. 1 tablespoon mirin
  15. 7 7/8 cups noodles Zero, Or Shiritake noodles. I use one pack for 2 people. You can use less or more depending on how hungry you are!
  16. 1 handful buoyant coriander
